Creating a welcoming environment for a social housing project, the sales office seamlessly integrates classic and modern maximalist styles. The space serves both functional purposes and includes model rooms, a bar area, comfortable lounges, and private meeting rooms. Upstairs houses the head office, designed for efficiency and professionalism.

The design team and I curated a warm, comfortable atmosphere with carefully chosen designer wallpapers, meticulously crafted by hand, and accented with brushed gold details. The elegant blue tones, inspired by the project name, infuse the overall design with a sense of calm and sophistication, creating a refined setting for visitors.
