In envisioning the design for the expansive social facility spanning over 3,500 square meters, we aim to create an atmosphere of sophisticated luxury that resonates with the vibrant Deniz Istanbul community.

The facility, catering specifically to the residents of Deniz Istanbul, embraces a holistic approach by integrating a stylish cafe, a chic restaurant, dynamic game areas for the younger demographic, a fully equipped gym, a rejuvenating indoor and outdoor pool and a lavish spa centre.
The seamless fusion of modern lines and dark tones adds elegance to the space, creating a visual harmony that complements the lifestyle of residents of the Deniz Istanbul complex. Artificial lighting elements are thoughtfully incorporated, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics throughout the facility.
